The Bare All Ladies believe that strength, power and transformation all come out of community. Being inspired is one thing; having a community to hold you accountable to acting on your vision is another.
The three of us came together to offer something different. We wanted to give women the chance to overhaul all aspects of their lives in one weekend. Body, mind, checkbook… all the while visiting some amazing places, meeting some incredible women, and eating delicious food. Think girl’s weekend… meets life overhaul.
Bare All Retreats combine life & money workshops with yoga & team-building so that you can walk away having experienced so much more than a vacation. Each weekend has a surprise expert workshop to expand your knowledge and keep you on your toes, and action planning exercises on the last day.
Every retreat has its own itinerary, workshops, and vibe so you can ever-expand your connection to yourself and other women.
Take on your life, build community, have a kickass vacation, and come with us for a weekend you will never forget.

Ashley discovered yoga after completing her MA in International Development and working with some of the world’s most at-risk populations. It was during a Yoga Teacher Training in the Sacred Valley of Peru that she realized how self-awareness, mindfulness and higher consciousness is the path towards truly eradicating disease, poverty and exploitation, both in Canada and across the globe. It was there where she realized that the journey to peace begins with each individual.
Ashley believes that yoga is part of a greater path to inner and outer strength, patience, play and peace. Her classes are taught with compassion for each student’s individual situation and are often described as inspiring, challenging and awakening experiences. She honours alignment, adjustments and mindfulness, and can’t resist a ten minute savasana.
When she isn’t upside-down and inside out, she’s sharing her love for life with the people in her community through cooking delicious organic foods, writing stream of consciousness poetry, dancing until dawn, adventuring in nature or frolicking on her baby blue bicycle around this city.

Her day job is in designing training to help people and businesses develop, and working with clients is what fills her soul. She is constantly training herself through new healing modalities including reiki, therapeutic touch, modern mystery school work, nature rituals and EFT to bring fresh perspective to her programs.
On any given day you will find Jordana riding her bike to yoga or hip hop class, cuddling with her dogs, connecting with old and new friends all over the city- and instagramming the crap out of the whole process.
